This study identifies the differences in the level of Worry based on Gender among second year B. Tech. students in Engineering College. PSWQ was the instrument used to collect data from 500 B. Tech second year students. Students chosen through random sampling from Engineering college in Ghaziabad, India. To determine gender differences among the respondent's independent samples t-test was used via SPSS version 20. The result of research showed that male and female respondents differed significantly in their level of worry perceived. Worry or anxiety disorders often go unrecognized and untreated in India, which puts the students at risk for developing additional difficulties such as academic failure, depression, substance abuse and more often suicidal attempts or suicide.The present study identifies the level of Worry with Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) in a sample of 500 engineering students using PSWQ (Penn State Worry Questionnaire). Along with the study some useful suggestive measure or remedies for reduction of worry will be discussed.Keywords

Work stress is defined as the harmful physical and emotional responses that occur when job requirements do not match the worker's capabilities, resources, and needs (National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health 1999). Perception of stress depends upon individual's emotional and developmental cognitive process. If it is seen as challenges than it (perceived stress) gives positive outcome and if it is seen as threatening then it leads to negative behavioural outcomes i.e. depression, substance abuse, etc. Especially more attention given to the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). In modern world, BPO task is increasing in Business based on their client. So employers in this organization are increased. In this situation employee must boost up their energy and role in this organization, and they confused to do in their role. It leads to stress, strain, and nervousness to the employee. This study identifies the level of stress and their psychological consequences present among BPO professionals. This study will be conducted in EXL Services (A BPO Service Sector), Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. A total of 200 bpo professionals from EXL services will participate in this study. Data will be collected through a self-administered questionnaire. The questionnaire will be randomly distributed to the professionals during their work time. Obtained score will be statistically analyzed using SPSS version 20.0. Along with this study some useful stress reducing measures will be discussed.Keywords

Spirituality is to get knowledge about oneself and the consideration of some supreme power by which the whole world or universe is being run and governed. People also find spirituality through acts of compassion, selfishlessness, altruism and the experience of inner peace. Students nowadays, are subjected to different kinds of stressors, such as the pressure of academics with an obligation to succeed, an uncertain future and difficulties of integrating into the system. This empirical research paper attempts to identify the relation between spirituality and stress in the student life. Perceived Stress Scale 14 (PSS-14) was used to assess stress level and data related to the level of spirituality is collected through the Daily Spiritual Experience Scale (DSES). Obtained score was statistically analyzed using SPSS version 20.0 e.g. to test he hypothesis. Hypothesis said that there is a relationship in Spirituality, stress and academic life of a student. Spirituality is higher than stress will be low and spirituality is low than stress will be high. This paper will present a study on spirituality and other coping techniques are used to cope with perceived stress among college students.Keywords

The present study aims to investigate the effectiveness of online video advertisements on purchase intentions of Delhi-NCR youth. It develops a model that measures advertisement value and attitude towards online advertisement on purchase intentions. A survey was conducted among graduate/postgraduate students of engineering and management between March to October, 2017. Confirmatory factor analysis was done for measuring the validity of measurement model followed by SEM analysis and a post-hoc SEM analysis. The study examines and develops a model for measuring impact of attitudinal factors on attitude and purchase intention in case of online video advertisements which provides further scope of research. The post-hoc analysis confirmed that all constructs of advertisement value model given by Ducoffe is not applicable in case of online video advertisements. Invasiveness/Irritation has no significant impact on advertisement value as in case of Ducoffe model although in post-hoc modeling it significantly impacts attitude towards online video advertisements. Information and entertainment constructs have significant impacts on the advertisement value and attitude towards online advertisement.Keywords
